This week saw the delivery and placement of our prefabricated heat pump package system for the buildings on the north side of Duckett Street to service hot water and hydronic heating requirements. The Revere CO2 Heat Pumps together with Thermex thermal storage and buffer tanks provide carbon neutral heating solutions that are sustainable and friendly to our environment. Automatic Heating have developed these systems to meet a wide range of project requirements with proven performance and sustainability outcomes.

Nightingale Evergreen
Designed by Melbourne’s Clare Cousins Architects, Evergreen comprises three 1-bedroom, twelve 2-bedroom, three 3-bedroom and two Teilhaus, apartments along with communal roof garden and laundry spaces. The development features fossil-fuel free operations, energy recovery ventilation and ample public transport links.

Eco friendly
The Revere® CO2 Heat Pump uses natural CO₂ refrigerant. This refrigerant has a global warming potential (GWP) of about 1/1700 that of R410 and zero ozone-depleting potential (ODP).

Heats up to 90°C
Due to its innovative design, the Revere® CO2 Heat Pump can produce hot water up to 90°C at low and high ambient temperatures (-20°C to 43°C).
