Our response to COVID-19

At Automatic Heating Global (AHG), we care about the wellbeing of our people and our extended community, which includes our clients, service providers and contractors, and we want to provide you assurance that we are operating as business as usual and are fully committed to helping you achieve your goals.

As we draw on over 90 years in business, we can help our workforce and extended business community navigate these challenging times. Our warehouse is fully stocked, we currently have several container loads in transit, and we will continue to supply and maintain the key building services and supplies you require. We remain in regular contact with our overseas suppliers, particularly for special orders, with some indicating that they will be back in their offices as early as next week.

Our Sales, Service and Operations teams are all operating at full capacity and are ready to provide you the support and service you have come to know and love about AHG. Our office team have been set up for some time now to work remotely and many have seamlessly transitioned to this over the past couple of weeks. This has allowed AHG to better manage recommended distancing and provides our business with improved risk management to ensure our key team members working in the warehouse, field technicians and our greater business community remain safe and well.

Our dedicated management team meet regularly to monitor and act on information and advice provided by the Australian Government. In addition to Government recommendations, we have also introduced stricter hygiene measures throughout our office, warehouse and service vehicles as well as our Service Technicians wearing added PPE on service calls. We have also introduced measures so that our clients are not waiting long periods of time to pick up orders and ask them to phone ahead to pay for goods and advise their ETA so that we can ensure all orders are ready to go limiting wait times.

We promise that we will continue to provide you with ongoing customer support and fulfill your servicing needs, no matter the challenges that arise, so that your business can focus on what matters most to you.
