Swimming Success: Heating Solutions for MLC Aquatic Centre

Automatic Heating has been a part of Methodist Ladies’ College history through 3 generations of heating solutions. From diesel boilers 60 years ago, to gas boilers and now heat pumps, Automatic Heating have provided heating solutions to MLC for decades.

Our latest contribution to MLC’s legacy features state-of-the-art sustainable technology in the form of six R32 heat pumps. Providing high efficiency space and pool heating, our Revere AHGR32AW heat pumps ensure comfortable temperatures in and out of the pool for students and staff year-round.

Phase 1 of MLC’s Physical Education and Sports Precinct has now been completed with the opening of their contemporary Aquatic Centre. Developed to support students throughout their aquatic journey, the Aquatic Centre features a 50-metre pool, dedicated diving area, Shirley Hsieh Learn to Swim pool and a community hub for learning and connection. This facility provides opportunities for students of all ages and abilities to learn new skills and engage with their community.
