The new floor standing Moorea condensing gas water heaters represents the highest evolution stage within the middle output range of condensing boilers. The continuous development of floor standing condensing boilers has identified a smaller footprint, improved modulation range and reduced operating noise as key product features. Moorea Condensing Gas Boiler is improved in all three areas.

The Moorea I is cascadable and can be isolated from the system individually for maintenance, repair or routine inspection without its fellow water heaters needing to be taken offline. The cascade can be made up of up to 16 units so there’s plenty of scope for expansion if demand increases post installation.

This range of water heaters is extremely economical and achieves a gross efficiency of 108% net (98% gross). They occupy compact dimensions and a small footprint providing the optimal use of floor space in the plant room or designated external area and making them easier to connect and needing less space for working access.

Available in eight outputs; 170, 215, 260, 300, 400, 470, 540 and 610kW, the Moorea I is designed with the customer, installer and specifier in mind. Using the very latest heating technology with a heat exchanger made from aluminium/silicon which, although conditions apply, carries a 10-year warranty and a combustion system which delivers exceptional energy efficiency as well as advanced ultra-low NOx performance of 35mg/kWh (Class 5).
