- All flue parts are to be assembled in a consistent fume direction (as indicated by arrows)
- Gaskets must be placed inside the female socket, with the profiled face always pointing inwards towards the centre, smooth side outwards seated in the groove. Condensing Boilers – Black Gaskets, Non Condensing Boilers – Red Gaskets
- Using silicone spray on the male element, join together gently ensuring gasket remains in groove.
- Fasten the locking band around the ridges of the male and female joint, taking care to ensure that the pointed arrow is fitted to match the direction of flow. The locking band will only fit properly in one direction.
