Ti Tree Gardens Aged Care

Just across Port Phillip Bay from Melbourne is the Mornington Peninsula which is home to the Village Glen Retirement Complex. Many of the residents live in small courtyard communities in self-contained units for those of retirement age. Ti Tree Gardens or Ti Tree Lodge is a dedicated facility for those guests that need a higher level of care. The old Ti Tree Gardens Nursing Home was replaced by the brand new Ti Tree Lodge with all modern facilities and amenities in 2013.

A hospitality model is employed in this building and the rest of the complex where a resident is a guest in a similar way to a hotel. 200 staff are on hand to manage the 165 beds spread across a mixture of single and double rooms. A day care centre also provides respite and support for families and carers. Guests have access to round the clock nursing staff through modern electronic devices and call systems.

Complex-wide facilities are available to all guests and include restaurants, wellness, boutique shops, a library and theatre. Swimming pool, 9-hole golf course, crown green bowling facilities and other active amenities are also on hand. This excellent care provider resides in a beautiful location and boasts an exceptional standard of care.

The equipment that was supplied by Automatic Heating was recommended by our Technical Support Services Division and included Meridian Condensing Boilers which are a popular product from our range. Safety and system protection equipment was also supplied to ensure safe running and longevity for the decades to come.
